Our Fees
At the initial assessment phase, as we discuss and review your hiring needs and requisites, no fees will be charged.
Elite Staffing offers two types of recruitment fee structures: As a contingency recruiter, we earn our fee only when your organization hires someone. On the other hand, as a retained search consultant, we're paid in advance to conduct your search that usually results in a hiring - but not always. After choosing your recruitment preference, a quote based on the reviewed position will be finalized. Upon your consent, complete data will be gathered to finish the assigned profile and initiate the search process.

Our Guarantee
After the successful employment of our candidate, in case the manager wants to dismiss the contender for certain reasons or the candidate wants to leave the workplace during the probation period, a replacement should be located. Elite Staffing will address a lookout for a new candidate, but if no referral or replacement is made within a reasonable time, this credit can be used for any future search requirements in the next 12 months. No fees will be refunded.
